Thank goodness for working in a bakery this once! You'll never believe the gossip I just heard--We lost to Russia! We apparently started off with 422,000 troops, but soon ended up all the way down to 10,000. This is so horrible. My heart and prayers go out to those who lost men close to them. I'm so sorry for your losses.

This loss was the worst France as seen in a long time! I blame it on Napolon's ideas. He hought he was so great and mighty well, look at him now! He is a disgrace to himself, his people and all of France!!
