Napoleon lost

Napoleon made a bad choice in sending over 420,000 men to fight in just one war especially one that is so far away and he paid for it by being exiled. I feel much remorse for the family's of the men that died some were very young and still had much to live for. Napoleon was stupid to think he could actually win that war especially with winter approaching. In his defense who could have predicted that the Russian's would burn all their crops and burn down their capital just to win one war.
