Well, I suppose his ruling could have been much worse. But it still upsets me that he took away my rights and got all those men killed in war. But I do have to admit that he did some grate things that made out country a better enviornment for all. He made peace with the Catholic Church, which was a great idea and big step for us. Peace is what we need now. Peace. From him and everything that we have all been through.

Napoleon doesn't deserve to return. He made more severe bad choices than good ones!
