Napoleon fleed from Elba and returned to France. When Louis found out he Napoleon returned he fled because he knew he couldnt compete with Napoleon. He got into a war with allied forces and they crushed him. He ruled for only 100 days. After the war he was exiled and sent to an island called St. Helena.
